While we don't find the Vortex VTX600 (shown in picture) noisy like some of the cheaper brands that exist, you may want to consider the Vortex S-Line Ultra Quiet series of fans that are even quieter still.
Keep in mind that once the level of noise for a fan drops below a certain level, what you are mostly hearing is air turbulence in the ducts and not the fan itself, so making a fan quieter doesn't always help. It is not uncommon for a fan to run nearly silent in open air (not connected to duct work) but appear to be very noisy once connected to ducts as what you're hearing is air turbulence through the entire system.
