My name is Edgar and I am a homebrewer, scientist, and writer. I have always enjoyed learning new things and ever since taking on my brewing habit nearly 20 years ago, I never stopped!
Most recently, I have combined my interests and hobbies into one and started writing about the science of brewing beer. In addition, I occasionally do some consulting work for commercial breweries when they face a problem they can't tackle themselves. I joined the electric brewery to learn more, contribute my knowledge, make connections with like-minded brewers and have fun in the process.
I am looking forward to learning more about this community, electric brewing and all the good things it has on offer.
