All of our heating elements now ship with optional Tri-Clamp adapters. Please choose what size you need (1.5" or 2") on the order page and we'll include a pre-fitted adapter. This includes bare elements and heating element assemblies (both kits and pre-assembled).

Enjoy!

Here are some pics of my new upgraded tri clamp heating elements that I got from Kal's store, to fit my tri clamp connections on my keggles. I have one on my boil kettle and one on my HLT. In my case I have 2 inch connections so I ordered those. They fit great and I can rotate the entire box connection so the element curve doesn't interfere with the middle siphon in my HLT. These are built like tanks and will last. If I need to replace an element there is plenty of room in the box to put in a new one and wire it up easily. I bought these already built from Kal and I am glad I did.
