It's been long overdue that I post this here. Four years ago, maybe longer, I began piecing together my brewery. Most of my equipment are craigslist finds, including the panel, hood, kettles and so much more. We moved to FL from the Philly area and I began to build out a garage that houses the brewery. I'm a woodworker and have my shop on one side of the garage, with the brewery at the other.
At this point I'm mostly done, with the brewery up and running. I just built some cabinets for the brewery side, and I built a rough cabinet to hid my water heater that my glycol chiller will sit on. There's still more to do, for example I'm planning to build a cement countertop, but as I've never done this I am still researching the project.
To begin with it's a clone 30amp panel that was already built and works great. The timer was ultra dim (failing) so I ordered an Eagle Signal replacement from Kal & co and that installed easy peasey. I have two 20 gal G1 Blichmanns (HLT and boil) and I have both a 30 gal and 15 gal G1 Blichmann for the MLT. I was looking for a 20 gal kettle, but I had previously found the 30 gal in Asheville (craigslist) and I had the 15 gal as this was my first real kettle back when I was a gas brewer. So I figure between the two I have both low gravity brews and high gravity brews covered. The hood was purchased from the same guy I got my grain mill, HLT and panel from. The hood included a fan which is ducted out the garage and pulls the steam nicely.
The wooden structure that has the yellow stair/ladder mounted to it is my spray booth for woodworking. I knew that room would help create a place for the brewery and this is all starting to come together nicely... and yes, the rug really ties the room together
So time for pictures.

I'll post more as things progress.

Nice brew space Ken - Thanks for sharing.
Don't spill any White Russians on that rug!

Thanks for the comment. Still a work in progress, I'll have to post pictures again once I finish a glass cabinet I'm building for above the kegerator. It's a fun hang out spot for sure. I'll compile a few pictures of the improvements and post up again. Happy brewing!
