Hello all.
I am getting ready to make the jump into ebiab brewing. I have picked up a DIY kit and would like to make a change to it. I didn't like that this kit has a main power switch but no separate switch for the element. I like the idea of having a separate element switch to help protect against accedently dry firing the element. I picked up a 2 position illuminated 240v switch for this purpose. I understand the wiring for the switch itself, but I want to be sure the light is proper. I want to put the switch in after the ssr and before the heat output. I am probably going to remove one of the pump switches to make room for the element.
I have the wiring diagrams for both.

Hi!
Have you reached out to whomever sold you this kit for assistance? They should be assisting their customers with any questions they have. Good luck!
Kal
