In the Measuring pH Guide, it mentions measuring pH near the end of the sparge. My sparge enters into the bottom of the boil so the boil fills from the bottom. Any suggestions on how to grab a sparge sample near the end? I suppose, I could add a plumbing TEE and a sample valve on the discharge of my wort pump to grab a sample...
