I just finished my 3rd batch on this system. It was an electric hop candy with kveik Hornindal yeast.
Fermented for 4 days at 95F and cooled it to 50 for 4 more. 30psi for 28 hours and it is fantastic. Amazing yeast.
I tried to top crop and took some from the bottom of the conical too. The top crop I took I dehydrated in my food dehydrator and tried to culture it in a starter and would like to report it worked. I have yet to brew with it. Hopefully a red ale soon.
I had amazing results at 95F. Blew me away.
