Hi all,
I just wanted to share my progress with you all as I have found numerous ideas and gained valuable insight from the forum.
Over the past ~3.5 years I have gone from brewing 1 gallon kits in the kitchen to brewing 10 gallons in my garage. During this period I stumbled upon the word of electric brewing which lead me to Kal and The Electric Brewery. Since that discovery, I have been slowly accumulating odds, ends, and awesome equipment!
At this time I have everything except: the false bottom, a second pump, and the 60A power line, and ventilation! Slow and steady progress. I have recently started to assemble the kettles (starting with the HLT) I figured I'd share photos and progress of the built with everyone.
Edit: Having a difficult time uploading attachments. Will play around and edit post. However, for those of you on Instagram you'll be able to see everything real time! @rubber_city_brewing
Cheers

What is the ball valve in the middle of the other two going to be used for?

Well, this post may get me in a bit of trouble- but non the less, if I understand correctly Kal was the pioneer behind this particular style of brewing. It may not be a panel kit from Kal and his team, but its widely used and a beauty.
E-Brew Supply 50A control panel.

Placed another order with Bobby at https://www.brewhardware.com/ last night for all the parts/ items to put together some new hoses. I went with Cam Lock quick disconnect rather than ball lock disconnects this time. my previous set up used the ball lock style disconnects and I had some issues with them locking up/ seizing and then sealing. Not sure If its because they were a cheap version of this disconnect but didn't want to use them again.
Photos to come as these get put together.
looking for chiller recommendations at this point in time.
I am eye balling this guy - https://www.zchillers.com/product/large-zchiller/ any users in the group?
until next time- Cheers.
