Take a look here: http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/water-adjustment?page=4
Specifically the section "My municipality can't provide me my water mineral numbers / I'm on a well."
It'll link to a company that will give you all that you need to know, or give options to test yourself.
Good luck!

We have a lab that we use and test for the following:
Calcium
Chloride
Magnesium
Sodium
Sulfate
Manganese
Nitrate
Chlorine
Color
PH
TDS
Alkalinity as CaCO3
Total Hardness as CaCO3
Should we add:
Temporary Hardness
Permenent Hardness
Residual Alkalinity
Bicarbonate
Carbonate
Potassium
Iron
Any other additions or deletions?
Thanks

Good luck!
Make sure to give my entire WATER ADJUSTMENT article a read - there are a lot of other common questions answered that usually come up!
