I would like to do a party guile with the Pliny the Elder recipe. Do the normal 12 gallon recipe then possibly capping with some specialty grains and continue the 168 degree fly sparge to collect 5 gallons of my second runnings. The problem is with a 30 amp system I can only boil one beer at a time. Could I collect the second runnings in a sanitized corny keg, blow off with co2 and refrigerate or not refrigerate till next day.
Any second runnings recipe with the Pliny?
Thanks
Joe

You would boil the 2nd runnings so it would be sanitized afterwards. I would collect the 2nd runnings in a clean vessle capable of withstanding the heat of the wort. I think a clean corny keg would work fine.
