I brewed up a Munich Helles last weekend. Now, I'm having an equipment failure. My fermentation fridge has died during fermentation. I believe Friday night I took a gravity sample (1.026). It was working then. Late last night, I went to grab a beer from the kegorator and noticed the fridge just didn't sound right. It was basically room temperature. It's in the garage in Alabama, so at night that's 80 F. It will average 95 F during the day. I checked the chronical, it was 76 F. It was covered in condensation, so I assuming this was the highest temperature. I took another gravity reading, it's now at 1.010. It still seems active though. Sadly, it has a hint of banana going on. I'm not caring much about the fridge, I just want the beer to come out as well as it can.

Keg now ASAP and hope for the best?

Do my best to keep it cool with dry ice until fermentation is complete?

Let it finish fermenting before kegging. Then let it condition near freezing for a good month. May not be as bad as you think.

For what it's worth, many people will ferment lagers cold for the first 2/3 or so of fermentation and then ramp up to room temp to finish off quicker and the results are identical if not very similar. 80-95F temperature however is very high. I wouldn't want to use yeast at that temp other than same Belgian strains and a few other specialty ones.
