My brew area is a little different. It is in the basement, however my basement is 3/4 above ground and 1/2 is built on a slab and there's a crawl space under the other half.

I built the brewery on the slab side but could access plumbing and electrical through the bearing wall.

This utility room is about 14 x 30 feet. I started by removing the carpeting.

Then I insulated the outside block wall that's mostly above ground:


And installed LVP flooring, it's waterproof and easy to clean:



Control panel is mostly stock Kal with no timer:


HLT with silver soldered fittings:


Sparging, need to mount pumps still:


No issues the system works great, thanks Kal!

and I have Geo thermal heat. that pump pack works down to about about -25c and then we need extra heat.
