Hi all, after a great few years brewing wonderful beers with Kal’s Great kit, I would like to move into making whiskey. Any recommendations for a home made electric distillation website or any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks Darrel

I've thought about this over the years of brewing on a Kal Clone'ish. I would think I could make something that could plug into the control panel and use the counterflow chiller to cool the spirits. Anyone else thought about this?

plenty of sites that offer parts but I've always herd it's not legal even for the smallest amounts so I stay away plus I'm a 5 or below % alcohol drinker, I don't even like any more than that, I drink for the flavor
