Can anyone help with the dimensions of washers, gaskets, punch diameter, for 3/4' weldless adaptation?

Did you mean 3/4 inch or 3/4 foot?
Do you mean actual size (inches) or NPT / NPS size?
What are you looking to do exactly? What are you doing a weldless adaptation for?

there are very good description about weldless 1/2' dimentions, but I am looking for 3/4 because i want to make 2 bbl kettle

Gotcha! Sorry, redoing everything in 3/4" NPT instead of 1/2" NPT is not something I have. Maybe someone else can assist.
