Well, I've been working on this for over a year now. Finally getting very close and we are excited to put it to work! A few things are remaining - pumps, heating element in the boil kettle, HERMS coil in HLT and most important is running the 240V 30A circuit out to the panel. I finished the panel about 2 weeks ago, but haven't plugged it in yet only because I haven't saved enough pennies yet to pay the electrician to run the power.
My setup includes 3 each 15gallon Spike Brewing Kettles, my version of the electric brewery panel, and pumps (tbd).
A few pictures are attached - not as excellent a setup as I've seen on some of these posts, but I'm proud of how it is turning out on my build-as-I-budget approach
