So when I ordered my relays awhile back I only ordered 2 of these. They are out of stock and can't get a third.
https://www.amazon.ca/DPDT-GENERAL-POWER-RELAY-120V/dp/B008G10BMC/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1515868183&sr=8-3&keywords=30A+DPDT+relay+120VAC&linkCode=ll1&tag=theelecbrew-20&linkId=57300f05be6cef652b694a37aeabc5c0

Can I use this one as my main power relay?

While the second relay you linked to technically meets the requirements, I'm not a fan of those sorts of connection points where wires are only held in place with spades for such high currents. They can easily not make good contact or come loose over time with results in overheating/melting.

You're better off using a contactor like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Packard-C230B-Pole-Contactor-Voltage/dp/B001KGSJ74/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1515869650&sr=8-1&keywords=30A+DPDT+relay+120VAC&linkCode=ll1&tag=theelecbrew-20&linkId=afa6ef9cda2e106b80136f768bab637a

It has both spade connection points (useful for smaller 14 ga wire) and big screw down connection points (for the fatter 10 ga wire).
