I wanted to post a follow up here now that I finally got my panel mounted and test fired. The flickering is almost completely gone. You can however see some flickering in the lights. It's def not as noticeable as when nothing was plugged in. You can see it if you watch for it. I suspect if I hadn't tested it on the bench with nothing connected then I may have never noticed.

Another user had similar issues and was able to squelch it with some RC snubbers... I've asked for a model # and/or type to seeif it's worth it. If i ever pop a RPI or Arduino in the enclosure for anything i'd want to protect it from the stray current.
