Hello all,
Just a thought - does anyone see anything wrong with emptying a Keg then promptly refilling with the same beer without washing out the Keg? Not laziness per se, more looking for efficiencies.
It would seem ok to me as they are the same beers and assuming the original beer had no contamination and the Keg is nicely purged with CO2 already......
Thoughts? Experiences?
