Probably a dumb question so don't kill me. I've been brewing all grain kits for over two years. They have all been real good. I'm to the point I want to expand a bit and maybe buy in bulk. The recipe kits I get are written with partial extract.
What do I use in all grain for "light LME" and is that different than the allgrain "brewers malt"? I know somehow pale 2 row is involved but not sure how.
I'm addicted to the kits because I know the product will be awesome, but scared to actually do something on my own. And the kit cost is getting a bit much when doing 10 gal batches and keeping 3-5 brews on tap.
Thanks for the help in advance.

Kal. Thanks for the encouragement. I struggle going off script, except with my equipment. I also hate failure so I avoid what I might fail at. Lol. Brewing beer has humbled me more than once and taught me many lessons. So much still to learn. So much info out there I get confused easily. Beer recipes and Grandmas peach pie recipe have a lot in common. Everyone has one and there is always something not always obvious that makes the difference.
