I recently purchased Mircomatic's Quad CO2 Secondary regulator to be able to serve a few different beers at different pressures. I absolutely love the quality of this, but I'm worried that I might have screwed it up.
Yesterday when I was adding it to my system I accidently hooked up the gas to the out post without much pressure into the regulator. Beer shot back up towards the regulator and filled the CO2 line. I quickly got pressure and cleared the line. Here are my questions:
1. I plan to replace the line and clean the ball lock disconnect. What about the regulator? Can I / should I take it apart?
2. I could not find out if these regulators have check valves that would prevent beer from flowing back into it. Does anybody know?
3. If I can take these apart, would it have flowed into the other regulators? It hit the one on the end.
Kicking myself this morning as I've been brewing long enough to know better to let this happen.

I wouldn't throw away your gas lines and ball valve. Just give them a good cleaning. There are 4' brushes designed to snake up the 5/16" line. I promise this won't be the last time you do that....happens to the best of us.
