hlt element and light not going on, but bk element and light is ok. If I unplug the hot Liquor tank plug from the control panel and switch the hot Liquor Tank element to on, the yellow light goes on. Can't figure this out.

Specifically the section "My heating element is not firing at all! (or firing continuously)". It'll walk you through step by step to find the issue.

The light coming on with the element unplugged is normal (more information in the FAQ above).
