Thanks I'm sure it should be a good one. I adjusted my water as per the recipe and pitched a decanted 4litre starter of wyeast 1056 and aerated with pure 02. Had airlock activity thru the blowoff tubes a few hours later and this morning it's bubbling like crazy. I'm also only doing closed transfers now to avoid oxidization. Last few beers I've made using this process and they truly taste proper. No more homebrew taste
