Hello, I have been a long time visitor of this forum. Needless to say, after the first time reading through Kal's Brewery Build 2.0 I was jealous as ever. So I started dreaming.

Thank you Kal for all your hard work, and thank you, to everyone here, you have truly sculpted every aspect of this project.

I think you'll find it looks very familiar.

It still needs a lot of work, but I thought maybe someone might be able to use an idea or two.

Thanks again, and if there is anything I can help with, I'll do my best.

Wow, I'm not good at this, looks like I posted this in the wrong category.

Sorry Kal.

Wow! Nice job! Thanks for sharing. You should be proud of that setup! I'll move this into the "Brewing Equipment and Setups" sub-forum, unless you really do want to sell your setup. Wink

Lol, nah. I think I'll hold onto it, have a few hours wrapped up in it.

Thanks again.

No worries. If you do change your mind, dibs on the bar. Wink

Wow! That's a fantastic design and execution! I love the ceiling above the bar - I still haven't finished mine, but I am inspired by yours. I like how you handeled the 2 sink setup in the brewery. Well done indeed - you will spend many happy hours in that space!

Thank you, JonyMac

I am a power lineman, and was able to use the protective wood layer that covers the wire on steel reels.

This build is "legit". Now it's time to reap the rewards! So what's the Inaugural batch ?

Thank you Tennessee.

Inaugural batch for the room was Kern River Citra DIPA. It was amazing. 20 gal doesn't last long.

I tell you what. It is a lot nicer than setting everything up in the kitchen.

Though it worked, it just made for a long brew day.

Oh yeah - my wife would NOT be happy with my doing that in the kitchen! Wink

I was kicked out about 15 years ago when a stove-top boilover ended up having hot wort drip down between the stove's front door panes of glass. It stayed that way for ~8 years until we moved and I finally took the stove door apart to clean it. Wink (We were including the appliances in the house sale).

I've been guilty of putting off things that my wife would like to see done, until I absolutely had to do it. Then ironically enough, the usually don't turn out to be that big of a deal. Lol

True - but you act like its a big deal and ask her 10 times how she likes all your hard work, and then have a homebrew...

Luckily for me, my wife loves the smell the brewery produces. She was mad at me a few years ago when I left the stove top and moved to outside propane. Now that I'm back in the house with the Electric brewery she is happy again.

+1. Heather is the one who wanted a brewery for the home for her birthday present. We both love the electric system.

Although my wife loves the smell of the brewery, she has NO desire to help me in it. I've tried to get her involved but within 5 minutes she is back playing on her phone.
