Just wondering if anyone is using hop extracts on a regular basis. I've tried them awhile back on a batch and just remember what a mess they were to clean on the kettle. I guess I have short term memory loss as I'm thinking of trying them again..lol. I see they are listed under the Pliny recipes.

I've been using them quite often with my 10-15 IBU light lagers where I want them to be as clean tasting as possibl

All I need is 2 ml in a 10 gallon batch to hit 10 IBU.
