Nice. Hard to get more fresh than that!

Bummer.
Oh, almost forgot. Also bottled up some mead I had been aging in bourbon barrel.

Moved my RIS to by barrel to age for 6 months or so. Now it's time to put something back in the conical!

I brewed up an experimental twist on the New England Style IPA this past weekend. I brewed a Black version! Very excited to try it.

I'm taking a vacation day tomorrow to brew. Seems like my weekends are very busy lately and I don't want to rush a brew day. Anyone else got brew plans this weekend?

I'm brewing a Founders All Day IPA Saturday, at least my first attempt, I'm drinking it now and like it

I brewed up a small batch of an Amber Ale this past weekend. It was an extract kit. I forgot how easy and quick those are.

Several extracts have placed very high in national competitions and are used as adjuncts in all-grain recipes (ref "Designing Great Beers"). I work as a Brew-on-Premises Tech at a local brewery for customers who want to brew their own beer - recently brewed a 10 gal batch of extract Irish Red Ale which will be on tap behind the bar in a couple of weeks.
