Good Morning folks,

Currently building the first of three temperature probs- I haven't figured out how to slide the first cover tube over the u electrical connections that are already attached to the cable. I'm thinking I may have to cut them off and replace once the covering is in place... What have y'all done, have you been able to slid them through, if so any tips?

I'm assuming you're building temperature probes per the instructions on our website. If that's the case you cut off the spades and do NOT re-attach them later. You won't be using them.

You'll be going from this:

Your assumption is correct- thats what I thought, but was baffled when I saw them attached. Just wanted to double check. Thanks.

EDIT: I'm following the PDF that you can purchase for download. Bought it back in January when I stumbled upon your site!

No worries! Let me double check my instructions - I'll update if required as it's best that things be clear!

EDIT: I added a line to make it clear that the spades are to be removed.
