I'm thinking of going to RO after getting this back from Ward Labs...
Thoughts?

Yup. Your TDS is above recommended drinking levels (500). Sodium is absolutely through the roof too and is above the recommended Canadian guidelines levels (200 ppm or mg/L). I imagine US limits are probably similar.
Not only would I not brew with this water, I wouldn't want to drink it.
Where's the water from exactly?

Lovely Minot, ND...almost Canada.
Bought an RO system today...in talking to the guy on the phone, he doesn't expect my membrane to last too long.

This is city water? Or from a well? If from the city, you should talk to them as they may be outside of recommended guidelines for potable water.

I live a little Northwest of you, and the town I was living in had a similar water profile (aquifer source). The sodium was at 207...as well the chloride was pretty high at 226.
I had to buy distilled/RO water, and blended for ales (30% my water to 70%RO), and used 100% RO for lagers.
Although, I just had a conversation with a brewer at a local brew pub who suggested using that crazy profile to develop my own recipes. I had never considered that! Unfortunately, I recently moved to an area with a sane water supply so I never had the chance to experiment. Who knows? You might come up with a unique style.

So I finally got my RO system up/producing and am planning on brewing this weekend with it. Initial output after the flush/recommended discharge was reading 22TDS on my meter, quite an improvement from the starting point. Is it worth it to have the water tested again, or is this close enough to distilled to continue using ez water?
thanks,
-pg
p.s. I produced my report to the bio-environmental folks and was met with a blank stare after they said the water was fine from their report (noticeably absent was TDS and sodium ppm)
