hello all, well im having a new issue with my system

but first, i have verified voltage from contacters to elements and all tested correctly so i dont believeits a wiring issue

before i programmed the heat controller i did have heat from the elelments.

i switched them from Celsius to Fahrenheit and set the upper limit to the temp im wanting

switched the timer to the required time i need and now i have no heat coming from the elements, both of them are cold

timer is an inkbird IDT-E2RH and the timer is a mypin series T

any help ? ideas?

thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Can you tell us more about your system so that we have some more context? Specifically:

(1) What control panel did you build? I'm assuming the standard 30A panel? Give that you used inkbird and mypin parts you sourced your own parts I assume?
(2) You mentioned it's a new issue. So the panel worked fine before? For roughly how long / how many batches?
(3) When you say "before i programmed the heat controller i did have heat from the elelments" what do you mean by "heat controller" exactly? I take it it's the BOIL PID or the HLT PID?
(4) You mentioned "switched the timer to the required time i need and now i have no heat coming from the elements, both of them are cold". This is curious as if you built to our design, the timer and the PIDs/elements are completely separate. There's nothing you can do on the timer that would affect the heating elements.
