Hey jonymac. Currently setting up my electric brewery. To say yours is inspirational would be a gross understatement. One thing I'm stuck on at the moment is lighting for my hood. The hood hasn't even been installed so I have no idea what temps I have to deal with but I'm definitely after the look you have with your vent lights. Can you tell me what you used there?

Woodie - sent you a PM - it is stone from a quarry in VA - got it at VA stone center.

Ridercoach - thanks! I bought three waterproof motorcycle auxiliary lights from superbrightleds.com and mounted them above my pots - wired them to a wall switch next to my fan switch. They work great.
