I have another question on Manual mode for BK. For some reason I am not noticing a difference when I run in manual mode. I've tried changing the % all the way down to 50% and the rolling boil won't change. I'm definitely getting a too rigorous boil and I need to tone it down because my boil off rate is too high.
I did read that Kal puts his at 75-85% and that works well for him.
Do I need to rerun learning mode before using manual mode? I only ran the learning mode in automatic mode.

Manual mode doesn't use the learning function as it's completely manual.
Make sure you're actually in manual mode. You can adjust the % while still being in automatic.
If the BOIL PID is programmed with the correct settings it will work in both AUTOMATIC and MANUAL modes.
Press the "A/M" button until the "A-M" light is on, meaning that the PID is in MANUAL mode.
Then press the UP/DOWN buttons on the Boil Element PID until the lower green SV number reads "M XXX". (where XXX is the percentage you want to run at).
If the "M" is not displayed press the SET button to switch the display mode.
At 50%, the ELEMENT ON light should be on for 1 second, off for 1 second, etc.
My assumption is that you're using the SYL-2352 PID as outlined in the build instructions here (and also used in our pre-built panels and panel kits).

That's correct Kal. I am using the same PID's from Auber that are in your build instructions.
I'll make sure I follow these steps when I brew again and double check all my settings.
Thanks for the response!
