Hi there, I finally got to taste part of the batch of Kalīs Blonde Ale recipe. I made 5 gallons with Safale US-05 and the other with Saflager W-34/70.
About the part of the brew I fermented with Saflager W-34/70, my wife and me we both agree that the diacetyl is a bit to high, you can taste it quite strongly. Is this how the recipe is supposed to be, I fermented it just as asked in the recipe, or is there a problem with my fermentation process?
For now I am into my third batch, just making Kalīs recipes, as I get used to making my own brews.
Thanks in advance for your replies...
