Hi,
I'm wondering if any other home brewers here have an equipment profile for the program BeerSmith (using v 2.2)
for the 30 gal Blichmann version of this Electric Brewery.
thanks
Matt

Ben58 (not to hijack on old thread...) but I was curious what your experience is with your 30 gallon setup with varying batch sizes? What is the smallest batch you've done? Any issues that small? What's the largest you've done? Any issues? Thanks a ton.
Cheers!

Smallest I have done is 11 gallons into the fermenter. The smallest that could be done is 8 gallons. The normal for me is knocking out 20.5 gallons into a fermenter. Depending on the beer, a 90 minute boil, just shy of 25 gallons pre boil.
