This really frustrates me. After evaluating both BeerTools & BeerSmith, and I decided to purchase BeerToolsPro. But dealing with their website was an ordeal. I had to switch browsers and give up on using a coupon code to get it to work.

Anyone else have this experience? I was constantly running into "your cart is empty!" error messages during checkout.

But here's the worst part: I was using the trial version, which had expired, before I decided to buy the full version. After "unlocking" my trial copy, I see that my detailed notes for my last four brews are gone! Poof.

I think I want my $30 back.

Nevermind.. I'm an idiot. I had saved newer copies of my recipes elsewhere. The notes are intact!

I maintain my original complaint about their website though Smile

I remember it not being obvious either. I only use BeerToolsPro for recipe creation and inventory management (especially hops - I know exactly how many lbs of each I have around). It works well for that. I ignore everything that has to do with process/equipment setup. It's confusing and I don't see the value.
