Dear all,

i want to brew a Hefe Weissbier and know that it has to be kept at low temperatures when fermenting. Any tips to keep it cool at high ambient temperatures as in Texas?

Cheers.

F.

I use a chest freezer with temperature controls to hold just about any temperature you need. Look up Fermentation chamber.

Same. STC-1000 temp controller hooked up to a Fermwrap for heat and a chest freezer for cool.
