Waxy film in fermentation bucket, what is this....

What is this? wierd waxy film i have in one of my buckets, never seen before..

This is about 10 days in the bucket.

Temps may be a little high i think they are ranging 68-72 with s05. I have two buckets in the room the other is fine.... thoughts?

Anyone seen this before?

It could be coagulated oils from the hops used.
