How much should I be monitoring the RA? The more research I do on water chemistry, the more I read/hear from brewers that I shouldn't be to concerned about exactly replicating the make up of the water for my brew, but more concerned about getting the cl/s04 ratios correct and RA to match my target SRM.

As I plug in my numbers for my brew in EZ Water, all looks good until I try to adjust my PH with lactic acid. As I plug in "projected"LA values from 0.5ml and up the RA changes dramatically which pushes me out of my target SRM.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks
