Has anyone come up with a good way to mount plate chillers to a stainless prep table? I'm going to be using a dual plate chiller set up, just need to figure out the best way to attach them to the table, preferably without drilling any holes in the table.

Anything more elegant than a C clamp? I'm thinking about building a wooden stand and attaching via magnets.

I ran two 1" x 6" boards underneath the table and attached them with brackets to the bolts that were already there. I later plan on adding a water filtration system and I now have plenty of room to do that.

Kal, The sheet metal for the support channels seem too thin for tapping, what size screws and tap did you use to mount the chiller to support channel?
Thanks, Andres

Those are some good tips. Any one use a hop back? How did you decide to incorporate that?
