Hi all! Just kegged and bottled a Westmalle Tripel clone from Brew Magazine. Tastes great but according to the recipe it will be ready any where from 10 weeks to a year! I noticed that it was really cloudy and it wasn't chill haze. There is no wheat in it either. I didn't have time to add gelatin before I ran out of town for 10 days, but I crashed it to 34 F. My question is will
It clear given enough time? I didn't think Belgians were cloudy.

Thanks all!

All beers will clear given enough time.

I know you said that in your Brew Day when I read it originally, but got used to the ultra clear result with the gelatin, so when I didn't use it this time I was curious!

At least the recipe says to wait a few months to a year, so I've got lots of time!

I kegged half of it and am bottle aging the rest. Think I might try to add some to the kegs though. Good idea!
