Does anyone use iBrewMaster2 with an Electric brew system? I have been using it over the past year with my old brew system and now that I am converting to electric I am looking for others thoughts.

I would think as long as you like the interface and how it reacts to the data you put into it its worth sticking with. they all do essentially the same thing, just stick with what you know:)

I used iBrewMaster (the original) for a long time with my electric brewery. I can't say that I was a huge fan of the software -- it seemed like it took too long to enter basic data like recipes. That said, the program worked well and had most of the functionality I used. I personally prefer to use BrewersFriend. When entering data I prefer to use my computer rather than my iPad. I do use the iPad for some data entry during the brew day.

In short, iBrewMaster was a decent program and I imagine the new version is even better.

Whether you use gas or electric or something else to brew shouldn't affect the software you use. Any of the software packages will work on any system you like.
