http://braukaiser.com/ : for any other chemist nerds, this is a neat site that presents a number of articles/papers on the science of many aspects of brewing.
I didn't see it mentioned anywhere (forgive me if it's old news!), and thought others might find it interesting

It's definitely a fun site, when I first started learning about brewing it answered a lot of the questions I had that introductory books skim over.
