It seems as if any brewer is going to be brewing a pale fruit beer, the go to grain is wheat or bothe wheat and barley. I was curious has anyone ever tried using just pale malt, some caramel 20, crystal 50-60 and some nice biscuit malt? I am brewing a plum ale, I do not want to use wheat. I was curious to know what some nice bready/biscuit notes would be like with an abundance of plum? Thanks.
