I do have you identical set up with Blichmann pots. I did not think is should have been channeling with how well the entire set up responded from perfectly clear wort to good temperature tracking an effective sparge. Just wondering if that chart is foolproof. This last brew I did it seemed to be ok as I had 97% conversion. Will be interesting to see others experience with that chart as well as future brews I do.
