Went to the LHBS and they didn't have any around that I could do myself.

Can anyone give me the height of the output valve on a 20 gallon boilmaker?

I ask because I want to determine exactly how high above the Hop Blocker Kal went with the heating element.

I have 55g kettles and the output valve is at the same height as Kal recommends installing the heating element on the 20G; 4 inches.

I know that I need to go just above the hop screen, but these are the things I stress about before putting holes in my shiny new kettles; 5" to 5.25" is the difference between being able to brew min. 10 gallons or not being able to.

Long story short:

What is the height of the output valve on the 20 gal boilmaker?

See the heating element installation instructions here:

In our Boil Kettle (BK) the center of the element is 4" from the bottom and on the right side. In our Hot Liquor Tank (HLT) the center of the element is 3" from the bottom and on the left side. The Boil Kettle element is installed slightly higher than the one in the Hot liquor tank as we have a large hop strainer installed in the boil kettle which sits on the bottom so the element could not be installed any lower. This places the element just below the 5 gallon marker in the boil kettle so 5 gallons is the minimum volume of beer we can produce with this setup. We typically brew 10-13 gallons.
