One or two of my temp probes may need calibration. Is there a guide on doing this? Did I just miss it somewhere? I already programed the PID's. I have not done an auto tune yet because I wanted to make sure they were calibrated first. Don't know if it makes a big difference if it is done before of after calibration though...

Get a good quality digital thermometer (like a ThermaPen) and you can use it to verify the accuracy of the RTD sensors.
I just happened to check the accuracy of mine a few nights ago and they were spot on!

I hate to dig up an old thread but couldn't you calibrate your probes in their location by pumping hot water and through them and measuring the output back into the kettle? Do you think there is much temperature loss once it leaves the valve, runs through the pump and re-enters the kettle?

I would say that's too far away to be used as way of calibrating. Ideally would be inline right after the temp probe. I built a small Tee with QD's on it and a fitting to be able to measure with the ThermaPen immediately after the temp probe. There was a thread about it here 3-4 years ago.

I remembered that post and you prompted me to search for it as it has been a back burner project for me.
Here is how chastuck built a Thermapen inline probe fitting
