I took Kal's Wheat recipe and tweaked it a little.

I'm thinking of the following for batch #2...

6-gallon batch (finished)

4.5 lbs Pilsner 2-Row (German)
3 lbs Wheat (German)
1.5 lbs Rye Malt
1 lb Rice Hulls
0.5 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker (60 minutes)
1.0 oz Tettnanger (15 mins)
1 Whirfloc
Wyeast Labs #3068 (Weihenstephan Weizen)

SOG = 1.049
Bitternes = 13.7 IBU
Color = 3.4 SRM
Est ABV = 5%

This will give me 50:50 (Wheat+Rye) : Pilsner
