Hello everyone!!
So I got a chance to Plug in my 50a Control Panel today. I had the key off… When I plugged the unit into 220 the control panel came on. I turn the key to both the on and off position and nothing happens, the Control Panel stays on. Everything else on the panel works thankfully. Anybody have any suggestions??

Tell us more about this control panel. Did you build it yourself? Buy pre-made? Or as a kit?

So it is a 50A kit that i purchased from the website and built myself. I finished building it about a year ago and never got a chance to plug it in until now (the suspense has been killing me!!). The wiring looks correct...

Thadius: Do you have an ohmmeter (multimeter)? Odds are that the switch works correct and that it's something that is mis-wired.
If you disconnect all the wires from the switch and measure the contactor on the switch with the multimeter on the ohm setting it should measure infinite resistance with the switch OFF. Now turn the switch ON. It should measure close to zero ohms (a short) probably in the 1-4 ohm range.
