I'm converting my B3 1550 system to electric. The location of the panel from the brew system requires a little longer leads on the temp probes. Is there anything I need to be concerned about with the type of conductor? I was planning on soldering stranded copper 22 gauge leads onto the ones already connected to the probes I got from Auber.

Thanks,
Joe

I would use the same type of wire:

That's what we use when we sell probes that require longer cables.

No problems. If you'd rather purchase all the parts from us or purchase it already pre-built and tested, drop us an email at sales@TheElectricBrewery.com.

I know this is an old thread. I was wondering if you could just buy the wire on the link to make some pigtails with a set of xlr's?

I'm a bit short on my lengths in my new location. I don't want to have to build a whole new cable, I would prefer to build just a patch.
