Just an update, Yesterday I finished the Heating element portion of the build. I was sooo nervous drilling and punching into the Blichmann Kettles. But it came out perfect. I ended up only using one package of JB Weld and actually had more to spare. Here are some pic's....Also, ended up getting a 20x20x6 Enclosure for the same price of a 16x16x6 since Kal's guy on ebay was out of them. (Great Service too). I really got to hand it to Kal for really detailing the whole process out in his instructions without him someone would have some $400 pot's with hole's in them and I would have been admitted to the sanitarium.

Looks good!

What are you going to use to filter out hot break/hops in the boil kettle?

Kal,
Your custom Hop Stopper of course. I've heard many great reviews on it but just haven't ordered it yet. It'll be on the next order I make along with your Heat-Sync.

Is that the HLT or BK in the picture above?

The reason I asked is that you put the element opposite from the dip tube based on the pictures you posted above.
I can't tell how high the element is in relation to the dip tube, but won't the element get in the way of the hop stopper? (Assuming that was a picture of the BK).

In my boil kettle I put my element a bit higher and to the side:
