There called "Sheeves" or "Pully's".
This is what I had to buy from Grainger.
12” Sheave on the Grain Mill output shaft (need to know what size).
2” Sheave on the output shaft of the Motor (need to know what size).
Steel Sleeve 3/8” to ½” (need to know what size shaft is on your motor)
50” V-belt
We know the outside dimensions are 12" and 2" but we don't know what the sizes of the output shafts on your motor or your grain mill are. You will need to know this so you know what size bore we need you will need because they come in different sizes. If you can tell us what they are so maybe we can point you to the right parts for your setup.

Cheaper than Grainger for me, and located next door to them in town is a local electrical motor shop. They carry start capacitors, spider connectors, sheeves, etc. I found it easier to talk to them when I've needed to do motor stuff. Just saying it might be an option.

I've added a few upgrades and wanted to update this thread!
#1. was I changed the configuration of my pumps. I wanted to have them higher then the fermentation buckets/carboys. I now have them on Ball Bearing slides and inverted under the bench top.
#2. I upgraded my homemade Counter-flow chiller to the Convolutus counterflow chiller. It cools my wart twice as fast as my homemade one i used before. I also mounted it using the ball-bearing drawer slides.
#3. I changed my fermentation temp controller from the dual stage Love controller to the The Black Box sold http://www.blackboxbrew.com/ which uses the STC1000 plus firmware. It gives me the ability to program in fermentation profiles. If your shooting for repeatable results, then process control is what you need. These things are sweet.
