Been waiting a long time for my Amp meter to come in from China. Getting near the end of my build and am getting VERY anxious to fire it up and get to brewing. The Amp meter is the last holdout to be delivered (been about a month since I ordered). Would this meter work http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&pub=5574906687&toolid=10001&campid=5336652980&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com%2F3-12v-Digital-blue-LED-50A-DC-Amp-panel-meter-sh-%2F190445196774%3Fpt%3DLH_DefaultDomain_0%26hash%3Ditem2c576b15e6 ? Not sure about the fact that is says 12v. If it won't work could someone explain why? I am admittedly an electric noob. Thanks all.

It looks like the same one as available with sure electronics, so it should work. It's 12V supply, so your doorbell transformers will need to be 12V or higher.

Since you have already ordered an ammeter, you could just wait for that to arrive. You can fire up and use the control panel without the ammeter in place and simply plug it in when it finally arrives.

Yep, that should work. It's 16V output, so plenty of juice there. Just make sure to have your AC/DC power supply turned right down before starting, so that you are not putting 16V into the meter.
